TIOMAN ISLAND

Like a giant sleeping dragon, the dark green ridges of Tioman Island rise up above the waters of the South China Sea. On closer inspection, it becomes clear that the dragon’s dark green scales are in fact giant trees and impenetrable jungle; that the grey claws are giant granite boulders and that the dragon’s horns are twin peaks with smooth, straight cliffs, surrounded with swirls of mist.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. Images submitted must be of Malaysia scenes which may invite visitors to your hometowns.

2. Images submitted must be of your own personal work and agree to share such images with others when published through http://www.mydirectory.my website and/or related links.

3. No payment in what ever form shall be made in return of the submission or published images.

4. When submitting the images for publishing, you agree that no copyright or royalty claim shall be made against the images that are published in the web sites mentioned in 2 above.

5. All images submitted shall be in JPEG format with pixel dimension of not more than 530 pixels (length wise).

6. Each images shall include information of not more than 100 words about the places of interest and must include the following:- a) State, b) Name of your hometown and c) Little description about the image (places/events/eating places etc). Images without descriptions shall be rejected. All approved images shall be published within the respective state pages as indicated in the websites.

7. Images submitted may not be published immediately or not published at all if such images violate the Malaysia law, religious and/or cultures.

8. Names of person submitting the images will not be included as part of credit with the images when published. Any image with photographer/business identity shall be rejected.

9. The administrator of myDirectory.my shall remove any images published when such images are found not to be his own work.

10. The administrator of myDirectory.my may from time to time re-published the images on the websites mentioned in 2 above.

11. The published period of such images shall be at the soles descretion of the administrator of myDirectory.my

12. The administrator may reduced the size of the images or edit description submitted along with the images.

13. The administrator of myDirectory.my reserves the right to amend the Rules and Regulations at any time without prior notice.
